The eighth annual scooter rally hosted by 30 Days Scooter Gang occurred in the midst of various restriction levels caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Early on the decision was made to make the rally partially virtual with a backup plan of becoming fully virtual if restrictions on public gatherings were reinstated.

The theme for 2020 was "The Maskerade" a play the idea of a masquerade ball and the fact that many places were activities would be taking place would require masks and social distancing.

The logo design drew inspiration from mid century design as well as the illustration of Walt Jabsco featured in the logo design of 2 Tone Records. Fanciful COVID particles hover in the background of two masked mod dancers skanking around a scooter on the dancefloor.

Elements from the background of the design were combined into a pattern to create a custom pattern for reuseable cloth masks and neck gaiters that would be given to all attendees.
