Valentine’s Day and Chinese New Year fatefully fell on the same day this year. In fact it seems like the entire weekend is an observation of several holidays what with our local Mardi Gras celebration happening on Saturday and Monday being President’s Day, also. I thought it would be fun to create a multi-holiday greeting card, so I settled on the two I considered the most fun and created this thoughtful lol-tiger-esque card just for kicks. Earlier I posted a sneak peak of
the first card I had been working on. I was using the tutorial from abduzeedo.com and this was the final product:

A scooter themed card for the someone in my life that has a slight obsession with vintage, 2 wheeled, smoky, 2-stroke vehicles.

These were quick and fly-by-the-seat-of-my-pants experimentation, but I am mostly happy with how they turned out. My next goal is to get some solid brainstorming and ideas down for the next dual holiday and see what I can crank out.
